Biography

Alireza Kazemi is a multidisciplinary art professional, curator, and creative producer based in Toronto. With over 15 years of experience across the art, design, and cultural sectors, Alireza has built a career bridging contemporary art with collector communities through strategic advising, impactful exhibitions, and high-level sales.

He previously served as International Sales Lead at Dastan Gallery, one of Iran’s most prominent contemporary art spaces, where he managed relationships with over 140 collectors and 40 artists. Alireza has represented galleries at international art fairs such as Art Dubai and Contemporary Istanbul and has curated several successful independent projects, including the Toronto-based exhibition Collecting Across Borders in 2024, which sold out on opening day.

His work spans the entire lifecycle of an artwork — from curation and installation to logistics, framing, and private collection advising. Alireza is known for delivering thoughtful, tailored experiences that connect audiences with meaningful artistic narratives.

He is fluent in English and Farsi and brings a cross-cultural lens to all of his creative endeavours.
